UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS: If you are a customer within the United States of America, there are no additional fees after purchase. We will prepare and package your shipment and deliver it directly to the address you provided upon purchase. If you need to change your shipping address at any time, please inform us promptly.

 
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (outside of the United States) If you are a customer outside of the United States of America, please take note of the following:

Notice: All products shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional fees. Please be aware that Trittech is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be charged to your shipment. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to determine their exact amount due to various variables.

If you, as the customer and 'importer of record,' refuse to pay the required fees mentioned above, any purchased product(s) from trittech-us.com will be returned to our facility, and they will not be refundable under any circumstances.

If you encounter any issues or complications regarding your shipment being held at customs or any other related matter, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
