This policy is written in English, and it is important to fully understand our only supported language. Failure to comprehend the content of this policy does not exempt customers from abiding by the policies on trittech-us.com. Any confusion arising from customers' language comprehension is the sole responsibility of the customers, and we cannot be held liable for such misunderstandings.
Notice: If you are an original Kickstarter Backer, any and all products from Kickstarter are non refundable.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. We only accept returns from purchases made directly from our website. We do not accept returns on purchases made on any other website or retail store.
Return Process: Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. It is essential to request a return before sending any items back to us, as items received without a prior return request will not be accepted. *Please be aware that the cost of return shipping will be YOUR responsibility.
Important Information for International Customers: (Outside of The United States)
For all international returns (including warranty claims) outside of the United States, additional fees may apply. Trittech is not liable for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that might be charged to your shipment.
These fees are solely the responsibility of the customer, and due to various variables, we are unable to determine their exact amount. If you have any inquiries regarding international shipments, please feel free to contact us.
As the customer and 'importer of record,' you are required to cover the mentioned fees when we ship your returned or warrantied product back to you including the cost of the shipment label.
In case you, as the customer and 'importer of record,' refuse to pay the necessary fees mentioned above, any product(s) from trittech-us.com will be returned to our facility, and they will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances. This includes all returns and warranty claims.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.) Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
